Outfitter Account Terms

These terms apply to outfitters, lodges, professional hunters, and guides (“Outfitters”) who open an Outfitter account in Spoor. They are in addition to the Spoor Terms of Service. Spoor is operated by The Pew Estate LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as SpoorHunt (“SpoorHunt,” “we”).

1. Eligibility and verification

You must be a legally operating hunting business, or an authorized representative of one, and at least 18 years old. You agree to give accurate business details and, if we ask, proof of your licenses, permits, registrations, and insurance. We may approve, limit, or decline any Outfitter account.

2. Your licenses and legal compliance

You are solely responsible for holding and keeping current every license, permit, concession, and registration your operation requires, and for following all hunting, wildlife, firearm, export, employment, and consumer laws where you operate. SpoorHunt does not check or guarantee your compliance.

3. Trips, access codes, and your hunters

You can create trips, invite hunters, crew, and staff, and issue access codes.
Keep access codes private and only give them to people on your trip. You are responsible for activity under codes you issue.
Revoke codes for people who should no longer have access.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the trip information you post, such as itineraries, pricing, species, and meeting points.

4. Hunter data

You may see information hunters share with your trip, such as names, contact details, locations, and photos. Use it only to run that trip and communicate with those hunters. Do not sell it, use it for unrelated marketing without their consent, or share it outside your operation. Follow all privacy laws that apply to you, and tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe hunter data was accessed without permission.

5. Your content and listing

You keep ownership of the logos, photos, video, and descriptions you upload. You give SpoorHunt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display them in Spoor and to use them to promote your listing and Spoor, until you delete them or close your account. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload. All content must follow the Community Guidelines.

6. Bookings and payments

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, all bookings, deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds are between you and your clients. SpoorHunt is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for them.

7. Fees

An Outfitter account needs an active Spoor Outfitter plan, monthly or yearly, bought on spoorhunt.com and billed through Stripe, our payment processor. The current prices are on spoorhunt.com. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded, as set out in the Subscription & Refund Terms. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before introducing or changing fees.

8. Reviews and ratings

If Spoor shows reviews, you may not post reviews of your own business, pay for or pressure clients into reviews, or offer rewards in exchange for positive ones. You may reply to reviews publicly and professionally.

9. Responsibility and indemnity

You are responsible for your hunts, staff, equipment, vehicles, and the safety of your clients. You agree to defend and hold harmless The Pew Estate LLC and its owners and contractors from claims arising from your operation, your content, your use of hunter data, or your breach of these terms.

10. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close an Outfitter account for illegal activity, unsafe or unethical practices, misuse of hunter data, repeated complaints, or breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Hunters’ own accounts and content are not affected when an Outfitter account closes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
