Does Spoor work without cell signal?
Yes. Everything you do is saved on your phone first and syncs with your trip when there is signal. Joining a trip needs signal once. With Spoor Hunt Pro, save the map of your area before you go so it works with no signal.

Why does Spoor need my location?
To show where you are on the map, drop pins, record where an animal fell, and record your track. You can turn location off at any time in your phone’s settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I join my group’s trip?
Tap the join link in the message from your outfitter, or open Spoor Hunt, tap I have a code, and type the 6‑digit code they sent you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Spoor Hunt
Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Spoor Hunt
Bought on spoorhunt.com (every Spoor Outfitter plan, and Spoor Hunt Pro bought there): sign in on spoorhunt.com and choose Manage billing

How do I get a refund?
Refunds for purchases in the app are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. Plans bought on spoorhunt.com are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time, and your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. See our Subscription & Refund Terms.

I got a new phone. How do I get Pro back?
In Spoor Hunt, open Me and tap Restore purchases, using the same Apple Account or Google account. Bought Pro on spoorhunt.com? Sign in on Me with the same email instead.

How do I delete my account?
In either app, open Me and tap Delete my account, or visit spoorhunt.com/delete-account.

How do I report a photo, a message, or a person?
Email [email protected] with a screenshot and the name of the trip. See our Community Guidelines.
